Requirements:
- Any Graduate, B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Management, BHMCT in Any Specialization, BHM in Hotel Management
- Excellent communication Skills in English is a pre-requisite
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers on either a call or email or chat or a combination *Confident, Energetic & Assertive while conversing
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- GDS – Hands on experience in Amadeus or Galileo will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle complex situations
- Should be flexible to work in shifts in a 24X7 operation with rotational week-offs as per process requirements
- Prior work experience in Customer Service or Reservations in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel, OTA or in a BPO, will be helpful
- Graduation in any stream, Hotel Management / Aviation Diploma Holders etc.
