- Our team is working closely with Financial Crime, proactively searching, selecting and closing vacancies across these teams. We’re mostly working in volume but not only. As a Recruiter you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, ideally in Volume hiring
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility, critical thinking and problem solving skills
Nice to have:
- Experience from recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup and/or agency
- Previous experience in Direct Sourcing
- Fluency in foreign languages
Responsibility:
- Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut’s rapidly growing team
- Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
- Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
- Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a strong understanding of the talent pool
- Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs
- Screening CVs and interview qualified candidates; selling Revolut as an employer of choice
- Driving the offer process and closing candidates
- Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
- Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
- Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods
