This IT Company Saw 600,000 Employee Referrals For Job

In recent quarters, IT corporations have experienced high attrition rates as demand for highly skilled consultants with digital technology continues to outpace supply. IT giant Accenture, however, said that the agency is not constrained by expertise.

The IT company is ready to entice round 4.6 million expert candidates per year, together with 600,000 employee referrals, highlighted brokerage and analysis agency Kotak.
